People Store Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Night Shift Dispatcher to support a busy third-party logistics warehouse in Guelph. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual looking to grow with a dynamic team!

Position: Night Shift Dispatcher
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
Term: Temp to Perm
Starting Salary: $27/hour + $0.75 per hour night shift premium

Job Overview:
As a Night Shift Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments. You will work closely with the Warehouse Management System (Blue Yonder), utilize Excel sheets for data tracking, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

• Navigate and operate the Warehouse Management System (Blue Yonder)

• Update and track data using Excel

• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in dispatch or warehousing in a 3PL (third-party logistics) environment is preferred

• Proven track record of safety and adherence to safety standards

• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in written and verbal English communication

• In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel and Warehouse Management Systems
