As a Member Services Coordinator at MYo Lab, you'll be a crucial part of our members' healthcare journey, directly influencing their path to optimal wellness. With over 4,500 members served and 575+ 5-star Google reviews, we're seeking passionate A-Players ready to revolutionize healthcare delivery.
Your Mission:
Drive exceptional health outcomes by ensuring members complete their recommended care programs efficiently and effectively. You'll be instrumental in:

Hours & Availability:
We operate:
- Sundays: 8:15 AM - 6:00 PM
- Mondays: 8:15 AM - 6:30 PM & 1:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays: 8:15 AM - 8:30 PM
- Fridays: 8:15 AM - 4:30 PM
The position is part-time (20-25 hours/week). Please specify your preferred schedule in your application. Final schedules will be determined after the first interview stage.
