As the Regional Sales Director, you'll lead efforts to:
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team while cultivating a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute innovative sales and aftersales strategies for the Ontario region.
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts, OEMs, and municipal representatives, driving growth and securing market leadership.
- Mentor your team to engage engineering firms, end users, and OEMs to influence decision-making and solidify their brand as an industry leader.
- Play an instrumental role in global account management initiatives, supporting strategic opportunities with international key accounts.
- Ensure seamless execution of orders, from sales to aftersales, delivering outstanding results for our clients.
You'll work with cutting-edge solutions, including:
- Positive Displacement Blowers: Reliable performance for diverse industrial applications.
- Screw Compressors: Clean, efficient compression for air and process gases.
- Screw Blowers: Energy-efficient solutions for variable pressure and flow rates.
- Turbo Blowers: High-efficiency, low-energy systems for consistent airflow.
- Proven leadership experience, with 5+ years of mentoring and developing teams.
- A strong sales background with at least 7 years in industrial equipment (bonus if you're familiar with rotary screw compressors or positive displacement blowers).
- Strategic thinking and a results-driven approach to building client relationships.
- Expertise managing sales channels, from direct accounts to representatives and contractors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
