We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Accounting Administrator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online and possess a solid understanding of general accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client accounts, including managing billing, accounts payable/receivable, and account reconciliation.

  • Utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate and up-to-date client financial records.

  • Prepare and process client invoices and ensure timely payments.

  • Reconcile client accounts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring account balances are accurate.

  • Work closely with clients to address financial inquiries and provide account updates.

  • Generate financial reports for clients, including account summaries and transaction histories.

  • Monitor client accounts for overdue payments and initiate follow-up procedures.

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for clients.

  • Provide support during tax season by preparing necessary documentation for clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate client account management and service delivery.

  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service and ensure that client financial needs are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Administrator, Client Account Manager, or similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (certification preferred but not required).

  • Solid understanding of client account management, billing, and financial reporting.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients professionally.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
