We are seeking a hardworking and independent cook to operate a small restaurant for our senior residents. The ideal candidate should have experience in all of the various aspects of operating a restaurant both in the kitchen and in the front. The candidate should be able to make simple economical meals in larger quantities and adapt to the demand of the senior residents. The candidate would be encouraged to participate in coordinating themed events to encourage residents to come to the restaurant. The candidate should be able to cook and be certified to serve alcohol.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build menu, order food and other administrative tasks.
• Cook independently in well equipped restaurant.
• Serve and clean up after meals.
• Serve alcohol.
• Coordinate theme nights and events for residents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of cooking.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hardworking, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Possess valid food and alcohol certificates
