Our client, a trailer manufacturing company in the Durham Region is growing and is in search of experienced industrial painters looking for a good company to take their career forward.

Requirements:

• Effectively refinish equipment including sanding, bodywork, minor metal refinishing, and paint
• Keep the paint area clean after each job is completed
• Completing each repair job in a timely, efficient and professional manner
• Work and manage workloads independently
• Performs other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous painting experience is required ( heavy equipment, trailers, trucks)
• Knowledge of sanding, bodywork, metal work, and able to mix paint
• A firm understanding of the required PPE and safe storage/mixing of chemicals and paint thinners
• Mechanically inclined candidates are desired

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation of $30-$35 hr
• Guaranteed 40 hour work week
• Overtime available
