Our client, a distinguished and rapidly expanding real estate investment and development firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic finance team.
This pivotal role will provide critical financial analysis and support across operational reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities within their diverse real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of real estate finance and a proven track record of delivering insightful financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive operational reports with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present clear and concise operational performance reports to senior management.
• Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis of actual results versus budget and forecast.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning and investment analysis.
• Perform financial modeling for cash flow projections and ROI analysis.
• Provide financial support for capital expenditure (CapEx) planning and analysis.
• Support financial due diligence for potential M&A transactions.
• Develop and analyze financial projections for acquisition targets.
• Assist in preparing financial presentations and reports for M&A activities.
• Assist in post-acquisition financial integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.
• CPA designation
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in real estate financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of real estate financial concepts.
• Demonstrated expertise in FP&A, operational reporting, and M&A support.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial reporting systems and ERP software.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
