Position Summary:
As a Business Development Agent, you'll play a vital role in generating leads, building partnerships, and closing deals across commercial and residential sectors. You'll be the face of our company in Vancouver—proactively engaging with property managers, facility directors, and stratas to introduce our numerous high-quality services.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and local canvassing
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across various property types
• Understand client needs and present tailored service solutions
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs and coordinate with operations for accurate quoting
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the management team
• Stay informed about local industry trends and competitor offerings
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales (experience in property maintenance, construction, or facility services is a plus)
• Comfortable with outreach—cold calls, door-to-door, and networking
• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Must be based in the Greater Vancouver area and willing to travel within the region
