Description:
You will be assigned to a program called CGTi that stands for Cell & Gene Therapy Industrialization. Required to be working closely with the global CGTi Supply Chain / Operations, partner management and Affiliate teams. Collaborates with IT partners and/or Product Managers to translate business requirements into testing-ready technical user stories and manage them through the software release process.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as an interface between business and IT functions to elicit business requirements and translate them to testable user stories to ensure functionality delivered satisfies the business need.
- Collaborate with IT Business Partners, Stakeholders, Product Owner and Development Team - Tester, Developer, IT Architects, Master Data Management, external Vendors.
- Analysis of user stories and solution proposals to both ensure optimal re-use of existing platform capabilities and identify gaps for enhancement
- Demonstrate knowledge of current GxP requirements and documentation standards, with the ability to write validation-ready test scripts.
- Ensures delivery in line with Project and launch timelines of the IT solutions
- Managing communications with multiple business units as well as internal IT cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy and able to explain complex concepts with clarity and simplicity.
- Explore opportunities and initiatives to grow professionally, in a self-assignment way and take additional responsibilities as appropriate.
- Displays skills and capabilities in the area of business partnering and/or product management.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Knowledge of pharma and/or cell & gene therapy supply chain processes, and project-based work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Familiar with GxP validation processes and software development lifecycle
- Experience with AP ALM, Jira and Agile way of working / delivery
- Experience with business/end-user applications – prior experience with health care provider portals a plus.
- Ability to understand complex business processes, with strong communication skills and the ability to coach others
- Constantly looking for improvements in ways of working (Process/tools/organisation) and works independently.
- Good communication skills - fluent in written and spoken english. .

Must Have Skills/Experience:
- Proficiency/Experience with Requirements elicitation and documentation for GXP systems.
- Experience with UAT authoring and execution.
- Proficient with tools JIRA, ALM/Retina, Lucid Spark/Lucid Charts
