Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications.
  • This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
  • Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including tec.
Must-Haves:
  • Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must.
  • 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration.
  • 3+ year of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc.
  • Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset.
  • Experience with Transfer Payments would be an asset.
General Skills:
  • Experience in programming and analysis; specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level.
  • Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications.
  • Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications.
  • Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools.
  • Experience in one + programming languages and communications protocols.
  • Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
  • Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages.
  • Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts.

CRM Software Development Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience with specific CRM software and anticipated future releases high availability solution design and implementation.
  • Knowledge and experience with specific CRM enterprise architecture methodologies, design standards and tools.
  • Experience with middleware and gateways.
  • Expertise in specific tools for CRM software development.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications and rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices.
  • Experience with middleware and gateways.
  • Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging.
  • Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues.
  • Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team.
  • Ability to provide user and system documentation as required.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
Technical Solution and Development Skills - 40 %:
  • At least 3+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies.
  • Experience with developing business design document, functional & non- functional requirements.
  • Experience with developing high level application flows to support the business requirements.
  • Experience in developing functional design document, user personas and user journey maps.
  • Experience in creating detailed process flows, developing high-level screen designs that map steps within a process to actual views in software solutions.
  • Experience with solutions and designs with user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA).
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Experience analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues and pain points
  • Experience creating wireframes and high-Client mockups with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD
  • Experience researching and applying industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing use cases (business/system), identifying and documenting business rules.
  • Demonstrated experience with the creation and analytical process of business requirement documents.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying risk, providing solutions, creating quality assurance plan and writing test cases.
Technology Skills - 35%:
  • Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience in Siebel, or Adobe AEM Solution implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience with documenting test strategies, scenarios, plans for user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and updating business architecture artefacts
  • Demonstrated experience with rational unified process (RUP).
  • Experience in developing application view visibility and CRUD (create, read, update, delete) matrix.
  • Experience with developing application screen mock-ups and screen flows; translate screen design and workflows into Wireframes and or prototype.
Soft Skills - 20%:
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal, analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with functional and technical teams, participate in a large team and work closely with other individual team members.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive timelines, and be adaptive to change.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well and communicate effectively with clients; bridging client business requirements to technical team.
Public Sector Experience - 5%:
  • Experience with the Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model would be an asset.
  • Experience with ensuring that corporate QA standards are followed and maintained would be an asset.
