Responsibilities
- Ensure network security, updates, and monitoring, including fault prevention, hardware support, and maintenance coordination.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and escalate incidents effectively for prompt resolution.
- Manage incident ticketing accurately to facilitate communication among teams.
- Assist in researching, selecting vendors, and implementing new network services.
- Mentor team members, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate on procedural improvements.
- Ability to pass an English fluency assessment, mandatory.
- Degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Preferred certifications: CCNA and CCNP.
- Familiarity with ITILv3 and/or ITILv4 frameworks.
- Familiarity in switching, routing, Unix/Linux Administration, and technical troubleshooting.
- Extensive experience supporting IT infrastructure in complex environments.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities for multitasking in dynamic environments.
- Ability to work rotating schedule of days and night shifts, on-site.
