We are in search of for a Marketing Manager for our Lendcare subsidiary. As the Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing and play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that enhance our customer experience and drive our direct-to-consumer efforts. With a keen understanding of both online and offline marketing, you will be instrumental in mapping the customer journey, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading impactful campaigns that grow brand awareness, acquisition, and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the customer experience strategy, including the creation and ongoing refinement of comprehensive customer journey maps.
  • Own and execute the direct-to-consumer marketing plan, driving growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid social, email, and display advertising.
  • Identify meaningful customer insights through data analysis and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Service, and more) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage online and offline campaign development, including print, events, promotions, and direct mail.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, message, and experience across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee performance reporting and campaign analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendors and external agencies to support campaign execution and media buying.
  • Maintain oversight of project timelines and budgets, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Proven experience managing digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM/email marketing tools.
  • A deep understanding of customer journey mapping and customer experience strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset and a track record of driving results.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a significant asset.
  • A data-driven approach, with the ability to synthesize insights and pivot strategies accordingly.
  • A positive, open-minded attitude with the drive to continuously learn and grow.
  • Fulltime, permanent availability to work in our Pickering, ON office
