We're hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable residential builder, who is looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Superintendent to lead the day-to-day operations on construction sites.
What You'll Do:

• Oversee construction activities from start to move-in date
• Deliver high-quality homes on time and within budget
• Implement and manage site safety programs
• Coordinate ongoing site maintenance
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the build process
• Schedule trades and conduct inspections
• Maintain quality control and approve completed work
• Schedule and verify deliveries
• Ensure proper installation and accurate material takeoffs

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of proven experience managing residential construction sites
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• A commitment to quality, safety, and timelines
• A valid provincial driver's license (Required)
• Journeyman certification in Plumbing, Electrical, or HVAC (Preferred)
• Carpentry apprenticeship experience (Preferred)
