What You'll Do:
- Oversee construction activities from start to move-in date
- Deliver high-quality homes on time and within budget
- Implement and manage site safety programs
- Coordinate ongoing site maintenance
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the build process
- Schedule trades and conduct inspections
- Maintain quality control and approve completed work
- Schedule and verify deliveries
- Ensure proper installation and accurate material takeoffs
- 5+ years of proven experience managing residential construction sites
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- A commitment to quality, safety, and timelines
- A valid provincial driver's license (Required)
- Journeyman certification in Plumbing, Electrical, or HVAC (Preferred)
- Carpentry apprenticeship experience (Preferred)
