As a Paid Media Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads. You'll work alongside senior media buyers, creatives, and data analysts to learn what it takes to manage and scale high-performing campaigns.

- Assist in setting up and monitoring ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Help track KPIs like CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate
- Support A/B testing of creatives, copy, and audiences
- Compile weekly reports and campaign summaries
- Assist in content organization and asset tracking
- Research new trends and platform updates
- Organize and track campaign budgets and performance benchmarks
- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Basic understanding of digital advertising or social media platforms
- Eagerness to learn paid media strategy and campaign execution
- Comfortable working with numbers and performance data
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Bonus: Experience using Ads Manager (Meta, TikTok, or Google), Shopify, or Klaviyo
- Real-world experience managing paid ad campaigns
- Mentorship from experienced performance marketers
- Insight into strategy, targeting, creative testing, and budget optimization
