We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with knowledge of gasket products and proven inside sales experience. This role involves supporting existing and new customer relationships, supporting client needs with in-depth product knowledge, and managing the daily requirements of a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their sealing and gasket requirements.
- Identify and recommend appropriate gasket solutions based on application and specifications.
- Accurately process quotes, orders, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop product knowledge to provide technical assistance and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain customer records and interactions using CRM systems to manage follow-ups.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in industrial distribution or sealing products.
- In-depth knowledge of gasket products, materials, and applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of sealing applications and industry standards.
