Intermediate to Senior Real Estate Paralegal
Location:Downtown Vancouver
Position Type: Full-Time, In-Person (Onsite)

Our client is a prestigious business law firm located in downtown Vancouver, renowned for providing top-tier legal services in business and real estate law.

• Conduct title searches and review title documents.
• Draft and register Land Title Office forms.
• Coordinate with conveyancers, realtors, brokers, and insurance agents on closing matters.
• Arrange for the deposit of trust funds and trust payments.
• Report to clients and third parties upon transaction completion.
• Perform general administrative tasks as required.

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in real estate law.
• Expertise in residential transactions.
• Experience acting for lenders and borrowers on mortgage transactions.
• Proficiency in BC Online, Worldox, myLTSA, and other required real estate forms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage responsibilities in time-sensitive scenarios.
• Sound discretion and judgment in handling confidential matters.
• Comprehensive understanding of BC Land Title Office registration requirements, including e-filing experience.

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
