Job PurposeWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strong partnerships, and expand our market presence. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the floral industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospective clients.
Act as the primary contact for high-value customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with production and logistics.
Stay ahead of industry trends and provide insights to enhance product offerings.
Represent Hendriks Greenhouses at trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (floral/horticulture industry preferred).
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and market research techniques.
Self-motivated with a passion for innovation and growth.
