- 80% Windows; 20% Linux - shell scripting skills are required at intermediate level.
- SQL Server database and SQL queries and tuning.
- Must have scheduling tools (Autosys/Stone branch/Airflow) experience.
- Production troubleshooting skills and ITSM knowledge is must.
- Knowledge of production controls and access management.
- Must have good communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Rotational after-hours & weekend support, and carrying a cell phone when on call.
