Are you a logistics whiz with a knack for organization and a love for keeping things running like clockwork? Join our team at Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa as a Store Person, where you'll be the champion of receiving and distributing essential items for our Resort's Housekeeping, Laundry, Spa, Kitchen, and Food & Beverage departments.

What You'll Do (Your Day-to-Day Adventures)

For Housekeeping, Laundry, and Spa

• Receive all deliveries of supplies and products for these departments.
• Inspect deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.

For Kitchen and Food & Beverage (F&B)

• Handle receiving of all Kitchen and F&B items, including liquor orders.
• Verify orders against invoices and flag any discrepancies.
• Store goods in their designated areas, maintaining proper conditions (cold items stay cold, dry items stay dry).
• Manage distribution of Kitchen and F&B items based on approved requisitions—only the right stuff goes to the right place!

Keep It Organized and Running Smoothly

• Maintain clean, organized storage spaces for all departments.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report low stock or discrepancies.
• Work with Department Heads to ensure timely delivery of supplies.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Previous experience in receiving, inventory, or supply management is a big plus.
• Skills: Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Physical Stamina: You'll be lifting, moving, and staying active all day. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team Spirit: Great communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus Points: Experience with liquor orders or hospitality operations.
