Penn Elcom is a global leader in hardware and racking solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service for 50 Years and counting. We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced bookkeeper that works well individually or as a team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expenses, and payroll in-line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Transactions (Posting, Balancing, and reports)
  • Payroll remittances and Government remittances as required.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and office management.
  • Provide support to management with financial reports and other analytical tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar administrative role for 2 years.
  • Post secondary diploma or degree in the field
  • Proficiency in accounting concepts and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proficiency in English.
  • Police Clearance required
