Job Title: Cost Analyst
Location: Halton Region, ON
Length of Assignment: Temporary - Permanent
Salary: $34.00/hr - $36.00/hr

• Prepare and post all necessary journal entries
• Product yield reporting and analysis
• Maintain the general ledger financial reporting structure
• Inventory, costing (production results)
• Weekly Forcasting
• Account Reconciliations
• Month and year-end
• Coordinate, plan and develop the monthly financial statements
• In collaboration with the General Accounting team ensure that transactions are in keeping with identified reporting requirements
• Monitor and interpret financial and statistical data and trends

• University Degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce with Professional accounting designation (CPA-CGA, CPA-CMA, CPA-CA) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & AS400
• Previous, relevant experience
• Solid experience in computerized financial programs and report writing
• Experince in the food industry is a must
