Logistics Coordinator
Our client is a leading clothing and apparel company based in Vancouver with global manufacturing and distribution.
They are looking for an experienced logistics person to join their team.
Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track courier shipments from 3PL DCs to retail stores, distributors, and wholesalers globally.
• Proactively work with distributors and their freight forwarders to ensure shipments collections from 3PL are on time for launch.
• Retrieve shipment information from various sources, including carrier websites, tracking systems, and internal databases.
• Update and maintain a centralized global document with accurate and real-time tracking information.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, 3PLs, distributors, and wholesalers to obtain missing or updated tracking details.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including distribution, operations, and supply chain, to ensure proper coordination
• Analyze shipment data and provide regular reports and insights to management
• Other as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years in freight tracking, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with carrier tracking systems, freight management software, and related software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving, with the ability to interpret and analyze shipment data.
• Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Excel

Salary - 50-60,000.
