Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations; ensure that work flows smoothly for installation crews.
• Assign and schedule jobs.
• Motivate the team, demonstrate and enforce high working standards.
• Ensuring all Health & Safety rules are met and support preventive measures to improve overall H&S standards.
• Looking for new opportunities to make the business more efficient and cost effective.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage and evaluate equipment and resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
• Ensure high quality installation standards are met.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Five or more years' experience in construction; glass experience will be given first priority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-directed, results orientated and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work in a 'hands-on' capacity.
• Ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of people and provide leadership to all levels of operation.
• Strong technical skills, including MS Office suite
• Ability to read blueprints.
