As a Content Creator Intern, you'll dive into the world of performance-focused content creation. From scripting TikTok-style UGC videos to analyzing viral trends and contributing to creative campaigns, this internship is a perfect fit for someone who's passionate about storytelling, visual content, and the fast-paced world of e-commerce advertising.
You'll work alongside our creative strategists, designers, and marketers to learn what makes content click—and convert.What You'll Learn & Contribute To
- How to brainstorm high-converting creative concepts for video and static ads
- How to write compelling scripts for UGC creators that feel authentic and drive action
- How to storyboard content and guide creators toward impactful video production
- How to analyze viral content and extract principles that influence viewer behavior
- How to research competitor ads and apply winning elements to new campaigns
- How to coordinate with UGC creators, review submissions, and give feedback
- How to collaborate with designers and marketers to launch cohesive, high-performing ads
- Students or recent grads in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Advertising, or related fields
- Passion for visual storytelling and creating engaging short-form content
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
- Curiosity for trends, virality, and consumer psychology
- Bonus: Knowledge of video editing, copywriting, or creator marketing is a plus
- Mentorship in creative strategy and content production from an experienced team
- Experience working with real e-commerce brands and real campaigns
- Understanding of UGC, direct response creative, and performance marketing
- A portfolio of content projects that demonstrate your ability to ideate and execute
