About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the financial health and strategic direction of the organization by providing critical insights into business performance, financial planning, and investment opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of financial statements, excellent modeling skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership—to analyze trends, build forecasts, and help the business make smarter financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support annual budgeting, long-term forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Analyze variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts; identify key drivers and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor financial performance and KPIs across departments and product lines.

Reporting & Presentation:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Assist with board materials and investor presentations.
  • Deliver clear and concise financial insights to stakeholders in both financial and non-financial terms.

Business Support & Decision-Making:

  • Partner with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations for key strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses on business cases, pricing strategies, cost-saving opportunities, and new investment opportunities.
  • Evaluate ROI of projects, marketing campaigns, and capital expenditures.
  • Support process improvements in financial reporting and analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or FP&A.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting; or a professional certification (CFA, CPA, or MBA).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

  • Health Care Spending Account: Additional financial support for health-related expenses.
  • Pension Plan: Company-supported pension scheme.
  • Incentive Plans: Progressive employee incentive plans.
