This is an exciting opportunity to step into a hands-on position and build out a Team from the ground up, through your strengths, coaching/mentoring & motivational leadership.

What Youll Do

  • Hire, mentor, and coach a high-performing recruitment team
  • Own and grow a 360 desk in Accounting & Finance (public accounting, corporate finance, financial reporting & audit).
  • Design and implement desk-level KPIs and sales planning
  • Lead business development & client strategy in core A&F markets
  • Foster and maintain client relationships both in person and via written communication
  • Support key client accounts and strategic hires
  • You will lead a team of 6, drive divisional performance, and help shape the future of the business.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in A&F recruitment (360 desk).
  • Proven success with billings $300k individually
  • Prior team lead, coaching & mentoring experience
  • Operationally strong, commercially sharp, and a true team and relationship builder
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of public accounting, tax, audit, & finance roles
  • Recruitment Agency experience is a must

KPIs

  • Meet/exceed individual annual desk billing target
  • Meet/exceed team annual desk billing target
  • Acquire 2+ cornerstone clients/quarter
  • Meet/exceed interviews targets monthly on a consistent basis
  • Meet/exceed new team hires quarterly and consistently

30-60-90Day Snapshot


30 Days:

- Commence billing on 360 desk.

- Reengage with key clients; review team accounts and uncover future opportunities.

- Set individual KPI goals for yourself and current team.

60 Days:

- Hire first delivery recruiter.

- Begin formal 1:1 coaching and daily huddle structure.

- Introduce new A&F client sales strategy.

90 Days:

- Deliver 2+ placements from your own desk.

- Hire, onboard & train second hire.

- Publish A&F vertical growth plan and team goals.
