Job Title: Foreman EverLine Coatings & Services (Hamilton Niagara)

We specialize in line painting, asphalt repair, sealcoating, crack filling, and more. As we continue to grow, were looking for a hands-on, experienced Foreman to lead our field crews and deliver projects with excellence, efficiency, and professionalism.
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and capable Foreman to take charge of on-site project execution. This is a hands-on roleyou will not only lead your crew but also work alongside them to complete projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
The Foreman is responsible for all aspects of job production including crew management, scheduling, logistics, equipment and tool maintenance, quality control, and on-site problem solving. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in ensuring each project meets client expectations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and work alongside a small crew to complete projects such as line painting, sealcoating, crack filling, and asphalt repair.
  • Plan and manage daily and weekly job schedules in coordination with the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure proper use, transport, and maintenance of all machinery, tools, trailers, and materials.
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment including small engines, compressors, pumps, and trailers.
  • Oversee on-site safety and ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation including pre/post site inspections, timesheets, and material usage.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work is performed to specification.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and management.
  • Assist with training new crew members and upholding company standards.
  • Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized before, during, and after projects.
  • Support winter services and off-season work as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar field-based leadership role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude; must be capable of troubleshooting and repairing small engines, trailers, and related tools.
  • Experience operating a skid steer or similar equipment is an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage crews and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit and willing to work long hours outdoors, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Valid G drivers license with clean driving record (abstract required).
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment.
