Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HVAC Technical Support specialist to join our team in Charlottetown, Canada. In this role, you will provide efficient and organized technical assistance to our customers and field technicians, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot HVAC system issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Analyze and diagnose complex HVAC problems, providing accurate and timely solutions
  • Guide field technicians through technical issues and repair procedures
  • Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, industry standards, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in HVAC technology or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in the HVAC industry or technical support role
  • HVAC certification (e.g., NATE, EPA) preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using HVAC-specific software and CRM systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
  • Customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Salary Range- $50,000- $90,000
