Estate Manager (Insolvency Administrator)

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Estate Manager (also known as an Insolvency Administrator) to join a professional and supportive team focused on helping individuals navigate financial difficulty with dignity and respect. This is a key client-facing role where youll educate and guide clients through insolvency processes including Consumer Proposals and bankruptcies, while collaborating with insolvency professionals and contributing to a positive and ethical team culture.

• Conduct initial consultations, review meetings, and sign-up appointments with clients.

• Offer respectful, non-judgmental advice on Consumer Proposals, bankruptcies, and other debt relief options.

• Develop strong working relationships with Licensed Insolvency Trustees and internal team members.

• Delegate and assist in the preparation of insolvency filings and related documents.

• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy by reviewing documentation prepared by administrative staff and providing constructive feedback.

• Contribute to a culture of mentorship and professional growth by coaching and training new team members.

• Stay informed and compliant with current insolvency legislation, including the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

• Experience in a client-focused administrative or advisory role

• Knowledge of insolvency processes is a strong asset

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• High level of professionalism, empathy, and ethical integrity

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Willingness to support a team-oriented environment and ongoing learning
