What We're Looking For

●Leadership Ability:_ Previous leadership experience is an asset.

●Fundraising Experience: _Direct face-to-face fundraising experience (street, mall, or

door-to-door) is required.
● Experience in Direct Sales (Field Sales) would also work.

● Excellent Communication Skills: You have a natural ability to engage and connect

with people from all backgrounds.

● Results-Driven Mindset: You're motivated by targets, enjoy a challenge, and strive

to exceed goals.

●_ Team Development Skills:_ You recognize talent in others and understand how to

nurture their potential.

● Passion for Social Impact: A genuine enthusiasm for fundraising and making a

difference.
