- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and the safety of all passengers on-board from take-off to landing;
- Any other duties as assigned in accordance with the Company Operations Manual.
- Valid Canadian ATPL ;
- 3000 hours total flying time;
- 1000 hours jet time;
- 2000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC);
- Valid Class 1 Medical;
- Previous Jet experience;
- Hands-on experience with advanced avionics/glass cockpit/FMS experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- A university degree, or diploma in aviation or other technical college program would be an asset;
- Valid passport and the ability to travel unrestricted and obtain visas worldwide;
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs;
- Must be willing to perform other non-flying duties including, but not limited to: light aircraft grooming away from base, stocking of aircraft commissary, updating EFBs and other manuals as required, completing all company required on-line training in a timely manner;
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, with occasional trips in excess of 2 weeks away from base;
- Customer service-oriented;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Proven ability to confidentially handle sensitive information;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to problem solve effectively in time sensitive situations;
- Proven record of exercising good judgement.
