Were expanding our paediatric offerings, and are looking for a Paediatric Physiotherapist with a strong foundation in musculoskeletal and developmental care to support kids and families through movement, growth, and everything in between.

Location: Coven Health Collective (Mission, Calgary, AB)
Availability: Flexible FT/ PT (days, evenings, weekends)
Employment Type: Contractor

Who You Are:

We welcome Paediatric Physiotherapists who:

  • Enjoy working with kids and families, and are adaptive in their approach with creativity and care
  • Have strong clinical reasoning skills, but know that progress looks different for every child
  • Thrive in a team-based model and enjoy learning alongside others, but are also able to work independently
  • Want to build a meaningful caseload and contribute to a clinic that cares deeply for its clients

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assess, treat, and support paediatric clients through evidence-based practices within the scope of physiotherapy
  • Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain timely, detailed charting and referral documentation in Jane App
  • Engage in case discussions, professional development, and outreach
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and your team

What Were Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Registered Physical Therapist in Alberta in good standing with their College
  • Current malpractice insurance
  • Have an interest in or experience with one or more of the following practice areas: torticollis, plagiocephaly, gross motor development, MSK conditions, post-surgical rehab, gait training and movement efficiency, pain management and education, functional play and participation
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
  • Comfortable working with infants, toddlers, children, and families

Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with digital tools (Jane App, Gmail, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Experience with neuro-developmental disorders, sports injuries, or orthopaedic rehab
  • Interest in advocacy, community outreach, or clinical education
  • Comfort with parent coaching and collaborative care
