Our clinic is expanding, and were looking for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team and bring their expertise, creativity, and compassion to families navigating developmental, sensory, and functional challenges.

This role is ideal for someone whos passionate about child development and ready to collaborate with a dynamic team of pelvic health and allied health professionals in a clinic where care is personal, and play is always part of the plan.

Location: Coven Health Collective (Mission, Calgary, AB)
Availability: Flexible FT/ PT (days, evenings, weekends)
Employment Type: Contractor

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough assessments and comprehensive treatment plans within your scope as an occupational therapist
  • Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain timely, detailed charting and referral documentation in Jane App
  • Engage in case discussions, professional development, and outreach

What Were Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Registered Occupational Therapist in Alberta in good standing with their College
  • Current malpractice insurance
  • Have an interest in or experience with one or more of the following practice areas: feeding assessments, gross motor milestone assessments, fine motor skill development, head shape and torticollis support, play and social skills, self-care skills, and/or toileting behaviours
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
  • Knowledge of sensory processing, motor development, and functional assessment

Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with digital tools (Jane App, Gmail, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Interest in advocacy, community outreach, or clinical education
  • Comfort with parent coaching and collaborative care
  • Training or interest in feeding, toileting, or developmental trauma
