Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst specializing in Genesys Cloud to join our team in Edmonton, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and optimizing our cloud-based customer experience platform to enhance our contact center operations.

  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the Genesys Cloud environment
  • Design and implement solutions to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our contact center operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Configure and customize Genesys Cloud features to meet specific business needs
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of implemented solutions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Genesys Cloud-related issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Genesys Cloud features and industry best practices
  • Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
  • Train and support end-users on new features and functionalities

Must have Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably with Genesys Cloud or similar contact center platforms
  • Strong expertise in cloud computing technologies and systems analysis
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and project management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing cloud-based systems
  • Knowledge of contact center operations and customer experience technologies
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems architecture
  • Genesys Cloud certifications is Required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
