Reports To: Director, HR Business Partner

About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in positioning Dexterra as a career destination of choice. You will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that meet our talent needs and managing all talent acquisition outreach platforms. Detailed job descriptions will be shared with select candidates, but some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing Sourcing Strategies: Support our hiring managers by mapping specific geographies, creating prospective candidate shortlists, and delivering market intelligence to inform talent strategies.
- Managing Recruitment Processes: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for specific requisitions as needed.
- Vendor Management: Oversee external vendors (e.g., RPO) to ensure effective collaboration.
- Talent Acquisition Campaigns: Create and manage campaigns for major hiring initiatives such as new account mobilization, seasonal ramp-ups, and specific talent recruitment drives.
- Social Media Management: Develop content, monitor performance, generate reports, and optimize strategies for our social media channels.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure that our employer brand and materials align with corporate standards and authentically reflect our company culture.
- Co-op Placements: Assist with organizing Co-op & practical work-term placements throughout the division.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Personal Traits: You are creative, accountable, and tenacious and love to be part of a team!
- Experience: 2+ years of agency or in-house recruiting experience.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories across various channels.
- Social Media Skills: Experience managing content for social media or advertising channels.
- Analytical Skills: Proven understanding of performance metrics and the ability to think logically and creatively to develop solutions and innovative ideas.
- Technology: Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software.
