Your Role: Administrator Sales

Were seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrator to provide essential behind-the-scenes support to our sales team. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy of data, maintaining organized documentation, and keeping internal systems up to date to support a smooth sales process.

Although not client-facing, this position plays a vital role in helping the team stay efficient, aligned, and focused. If you take pride in staying on top of the details and enjoy bringing order to busy workflows, this role could be a great fit.

What Youll Do:
Keep customer accounts, pricing, and contacts up to date in our system
Process orders, revisions, and job setups with the sales and design teams
Track outstanding documentation and follow up internally to keep files complete
Support quotes, pricing comparisons, and internal reports
Help enter tender projects and support general data cleanup in our system
Run reports, audit data, and help standardize file systems and templates
Coordinate with design, production, and logistics to ensure everyones on the same page
Prep materials, take notes, and help schedule internal sales meetings
Provide backup support for pricing when the Sales Coordinator is away

What You Bring:
2+ years of administrative experience (bonus if its in construction, manufacturing, or sales)
Diploma or certificate in Business Admin or a related field preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with CRMs or ERP systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Great communicator and a collaborative team player
Organized, dependable, and comfortable working quietly behind the scenes
Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
