The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll drive pipeline growth by prospecting companies globally, with a focus on US, Canada, and UK. You'll identify decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Directors, Growth Leaders), execute outreach campaigns, and book demos for our Account Managers. This role is ideal for a resilient go-getter passionate about tech sales and eager to master cross-border prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Prospecting: Target mid-market and enterprise companies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.io.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Run email, call, and social selling campaigns to engage prospects (e.g., personalized cold emails, follow-up sequences).
  • Qualify Leads: Use BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to assess fit for our platform.
  • Collaborate: Partner with US marketing and management teams to refine messaging and align on global ICPs.
  • Flexible Hours: Maintain 2–3 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time (ET) for team syncs and prospect calls.
  • CRM Management: Log activities in HubSpot and ensure seamless lead handoffs to AEs.
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
  • Global Mindset: Experience or interest in selling to US and UK markets (familiarity with cultural/business nuances is a plus).
  • Outreach Skills: Proven success in cold email/call outreach and objection handling.
  • Tech Stack Comfort: Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot/Salesforce), outreach and prospecting tools (Apollo or similar tools).
  • Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Familiarity with US/UK business communication styles is a plus.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Understanding of SEO and Digital PR.
  • Experience working with US-based teams or clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
