- Ensure care is delivered in alignment with the Retirement Homes Act (RHA) and other regulatory standards.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, training, and support to your care team.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations with an eye for continuous improvement.
- Champion our Infection Prevention & Control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Support a culture of empathy, teamwork, and proactive communication throughout the community.
What You Bring:
- Current RPN registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in senior living, long-term care, or a healthcare setting an asset
- A passion for people, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead with compassion and confidence.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- A thorough understanding of the RHA and senior care best practices.
- Confidence in using electronic health records and openness to adopting new tools and platforms that enhance resident care.
What We Offer:
- Competitive wages and benefits.
- Matching RRSP contributions to help you plan for the future.
- An Employee and Family Assistance Program for your well-being.
- Access to training, growth opportunities, and ongoing support for your professional development.
- A workplace that values your contributions and celebrates your successes.
- Medication administration training provided.
