As part of our finance team, youll play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, supporting internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Youll work across a variety of financial functions, from reconciliations to invoice management, and digital asset tracking, all while gaining exposure to the fast-paced world of crypto.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Reconciliation

  • Support reconciliation of various financial accounts, digital assets, operational expenses, credit cards, and inter-company transactions
  • Assist in tracking and reconciling cash movements, particularly within financial services transactions, including trading settlements and margin accounts
  • Help maintain accuracy in ledger entries across multiple entities, ensuring financial records align with company policies and industry standards

Reporting

  • Assist in month-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations of key accounts
  • Prepare schedules and reports to support financial statement preparation and audits
  • Support finance leadership in reviewing revenue, expense recognition, and balance sheet accuracy across multiple entities

Invoice Management:

  • Track, review, and organize invoices across multiple entities, ensuring timely entry into AP approval systems
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all invoices are accurately coded and approved in line with company policies
  • Reconcile vendor and company card transactions, proactively identifying discrepancies and escalating as needed
  • Assist with other AP-related activities, excluding direct payments, which are managed by designated team members
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payments, confirmations, and inquiries, ensuring strong relationships and smooth financial operations

Vendor Communications:

  • Reconcile vendor and company card transactions and report discrepancies
  • Assist with other AP-related activities, excluding direct payments, which are managed by other team members

AP Workflow Support:

  • Send payment confirmations to vendors and address queries related to accounts payable
  • Schedule regular meetings with leaders for invoice approvals

Approval Coordination:

  • Retrieve, coordinate, sort, and manage invoices across multiple accounting systems, emails and folders across multiple entities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent skills
  • 1+ years of experience in financial analyst, reconciliation, or high-volume accounting environment
  • Experience reconciling complex transactions, including intercompany transfers, margin accounts, or financial settlements.
  • Expert-level skills with Excel or Sheets
  • High level of organization and extreme attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and large volumes of information across multiple entities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors
