Jackmans strategy team specializes in defining breakthrough business and brand strategies to drive outsized consumer relevance and value creation. Working directly and collaboratively with the most senior leadership teams at our Engagement Partners, the strategy team plays a critical role in defining the future of businesses and the best path to get there, fast. The team is expert at generating actionable human insights, analyzing industry and company performance and dynamics, designing and conducting in-depth customer research, facilitating challenging and transformational conversations with business leaders, shaping compelling and relevant strategies and business models, having a lot of fun along the way.

What Youll Do.

You will play a vital and central role in every engagement by:

• Helping our partners define their future You will help uncover actionable insights to define meaningful offerings for customers and new opportunities for businesses.
• Making that future a reality Whether its creating comprehensive financial models to quantify whats possible or standing up a brand-defining store, you will be critical in ensuring our partners long-term visions are fulfilled.

Youre Knowledgeable & Curious:

• You have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience (e.g., in consulting, corporate strategy development, customer experience design, marketing communications)
• You have a bachelors degree with a business or quantitative focus
• You have a strong interest in and love to learn about customer behaviour and its implications on business strategy
• You have a strong intellectual curiosity about people and things how they work and what else is possible

Youve Got Skills:

• You have excellent analytical skills and are comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Your organizational skills are next level, but while you love the details, you are still able to see the big picture

Youre Able To:

• Synthesize large sets of data and surface meaningful insights
• Collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
