Job DescriptionAs a Casino Manager - Canada you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the overall performance of Gaming products, specifically within Canada, reporting into the Head of Gaming.
Qualifications- Work closely with the internal Gaming product and tech teams to ensure prioritization of Canadian content and technology needs
- Help define the ongoing Gaming strategy, identifying ways that we can drive acquisition and retention to our platform
- Work with 3rd parties to negotiate supplier funded promotions, build exclusive games and drive commercial uplift
- Engage in rigorous project management tasks, ensuring initiatives are on track, within scope, and meet the predefined success criteria.
- Collaborate closely with core teams, fostering a two-way communication channel, ensuring that Canada's operational needs are seamlessly conveyed and acted upon.
- Drive and own competitive intelligence across key competitors in the region that can feed into strategic plans, staying abreast of the latest in the online sports betting & casino industry, ensuring our operations are always in alignment with market demands.
- Working on lobby personalization to ensure we show the most relevant for every customer group, and making sure we are creating seamless flows across our products.
- Being a key point-person for the Canadian teams for all Gaming related questions
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in a Gaming-focused role for a major Canadian gambling operator
- Experience in liaising with diverse stakeholder groups and effectively communicating data-driven findings.
- Outstanding communication capabilities – both verbal and written
- Acumen in crafting compelling presentations, distilling intricate data into comprehensible and impactful narratives.
- An inherent interest in the dynamics of the online sports betting & casino domain.
- A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring no nuance is overlooked in data analysis or project execution.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, proficient in steering multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Proactive, with a propensity to identify challenges and autonomously address them using data insights.
- Team-oriented, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Head of Gaming and wider teams, working towards collective success.
