Lambert Nemec Group, Winnipeg's leading Permanent Recruitment firm, is partnering with our client to find an experienced Human Resources Manager. This strategic role will oversee all HR functions, including policy development, compliance, employee relations, talent management, and leadership support to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and best practices to support organizational growth and compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, resolving complex employee relations issues and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws, health & safety regulations, and labor standards.
• Oversee HRIS and data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with leadership to drive recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning strategies.
• Administer employee benefits, WCB claims, and compensation structures in collaboration with payroll.
• Identify training needs, facilitate leadership development, and promote continuous learning.
• Guide managers on performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and employee development plans.

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong expertise in HR compliance, labour laws, and workplace safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and align HR strategy with business goals.

• Competitive salary range $85K - $110K based on experience.
