Quality Assurance Engineer II - Automation

As a Quality Assurance Engineer II -Automation we are seeking a qualified senior QA Engineer with a strong background in both automated and manual software testing. The ideal candidate will be confident testing and working with CRM/ERP based software. You will be responsible for executing the testing strategy for Facilisgroup's software products within a SCRUM team working to two-week sprints and seasonal releases, while advocating for high-quality standards across our entire process and product.
This position reports to the QA Engineering Lead.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with Product & Development Sprint team to understand new product features and user acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to refining and story pointing user acceptance criteria and User Stories
- Create/ Maintain automated tests
- Perform Manual testing
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to execute the quality assurance strategy for the Sprint team's Tasks.
- Create/Maintain/Monitor CI/CD Pipelines that Run automated test suites.
- Contribute to the improvements in the Quality Assurance Processes and Standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation about Quality Assurance Processes and Standards.
- Research and learn about testing tools and strategies.
- Provide Mentorship to junior team members.
As Quality Assurance Engineer II-Automation, you bring with you:
- 3+ years of experience in software testing.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience implementing QA within automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Experience with web based, React UI, and API automation testing.
- Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET Framework, .NET, Azure DevOps, Windows Server, IIS, Azure Cloud.
- 1+ years of experience software development.
- Experience with SaaS software.
- Experience with e-commerce, CRM/ERP software, and common use-cases.
- Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Docker, SEQ, JMeter, Postman.
Education
- BS in Computer Science (or a similar relevant field) or equivalent work experience (3+ years).
