We are adding a Full-Time Butcher to our food/retail store in the Tecumseh area!

• Wage negotiable based on experience
• Full time (weekdays & weekends)
• Weekly pay

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cutting meats to customer specifications
• Ensuring proper storage, handling, and rotation of products
• Greeting and assisting customers with meat selections
• Educating customers on daily promotions and product offerings
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment
• Operating a cash register to process sales transactions as needed
• Supporting general store operations as part of a collaborative team

Requirements:

• Previous butcher experience (required)
• Food retail or restaurant experience (smart serve is required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Cash handling experience is an asset
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety
