Role: Project Manager-PM

Responsibilities:
Accountable for evaluating, planning, and implementing strategic projects, ensuring critical deliverables are met; employ effective project and change management methodologies in managing risks and change
Lead the team to define objectives, and secure appropriate resources; develop schedules to ensure timely completion of key strategic cross-functional projects
Ensure control of projects/work streams: dealing with conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies and change
Balance the demands of concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of diplomacy
Manage project actions and escalate issues to senior management when appropriate
Relationship Management
Communicate and champion the objective and value of the projects to the stakeholder base
Apply exceptional leadership skills in managing expectations, mitigating risk and removing roadblocks
Report project execution and health on a regular basis
Direct and provide guidance and ongoing support to team members throughout all critical project phases including regular feedback and coaching; delegate specific objectives to team members
