About the Role
- Provide clear, user-friendly business reporting and insights, enabling effective performance analysis and informed decision-making.
- Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks, presenting findings in a clear and actionable format for the country and Fox Home Stores.
- Plan seasonal orders, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet sales targets.
- Develop and manage budgets and inventory forecasts to align with business goals.
- Draft operational guidelines to support efficient processes across departments.
- Serve as a champion for our business information solutions and common tools and produce ad hoc reports when standard solutions are unavailable.
- Identify and lead implementing opportunities where AI tools can support us in our data analysis and forecasting within the business.
- Work collaboratively with team members across different units to achieve shared goals.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar level role (beneficial in a retail environment)
- Experience in stakeholder management is a plus.
- A solid understanding of mathematical concepts and financial principles.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work independently across multiple interfaces.
- Experience in generating complex reports, performing data analysis, and drawing actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with leaders and business partners.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI
- Ability to read and understand a P&L and a balance sheet
