About The Role:

Tonic Spa is expanding its integrative wellness offerings and seeking a Registered Psychotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role provides the opportunity to offer therapeutic support in a luxury wellness environment, serving a clientele that prioritizes mental wellness as part of a whole-body approach to health.

As a Psychotherapist at Tonic Spa, you will provide one-on-one client care, supporting guests through stress, burnout, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional wellness goals. You'll collaborate with our team of massage therapists, chiropractors, naturopaths, and physiotherapists to create personalized, holistic treatment plans that help clients feel grounded, empowered, and supported in every season of life.

• Conduct one-on-one psychotherapy sessions (in-person, virtual or hybrid)
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with CRPO guidelines
• Collaborate with our broader wellness team (Chiropractors, RMTs, Physiotherapists, Naturopaths, etc.) to deliver integrated care
• Contribute to a warm, inclusive, and healing environment for clients
• Participate in team initiatives and case-based collaboration where appropriate
• Educate guests on the benefits of regular mental wellness care and build long-term client relationships

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
• Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
• Experience working with adults navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, and relationships
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and an empathetic approach to care
• Ability to work independently and manage a consistent client caseload
