Salary:

We are looking for a mid to senior level Account Executive to drive direct sales for our Microsoft Teams Monitoring Solution and UCaaS offerings. This role focuses on managing inbound leads, prospecting new accounts, and closing direct deals while collaborating with marketing and sales leadership to expand our customer base.

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in SaaS, UCaaS, or Microsoft Teams sales. You must have process driven selling and a consultative sales approach.

You are a great fit if you have:

Direct Sales & Account Management

  • Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and drive the full sales cycle from demo to close.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of direct accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Identify customer pain points and position our Microsoft Teams & UCaaS solutions as the ideal fit.

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage new direct customers.
  • Work with marketing to convert MQLs (Marketing-Qualified Leads) into SQLs (Sales-Qualified Leads).
  • Execute email sequences, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach to generate opportunities.

Pipeline & Sales Execution

  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline (Salesforce, Apollo, Magentrix) and track deal progress.
  • Hit monthly and quarterly sales quotas, consistently driving new business revenue.
  • Provide feedback to sales leadership to optimize the direct sales strategy.

Customer Engagement & Growth

  • Conduct product demos and educate customers on our solutions value.
  • Develop long-term relationships with direct accounts for upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Act as the primary contact for direct customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Inside Sales or SaaS, with experience in UCaaaS, VoIP, or Microsoft Teams related solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals in a direct sales model
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, UCaaS, and cloud collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline and prioritize key opportunities
  • Comfortable using Salesforce, Apollo, and Magentrix to track pipeline and sales performance
