Summary

Are you a motivated university or college student looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic automotive environment this summer? Western Toyota is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a seasonal support role across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the Parts Department with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization.
• Support the Service Department by answering phone calls and helping coordinate appointments.
• Greeting and guiding customers in the drive-through service area.
• Assisting with vehicle parking.
• Fill-in for various roles during employee vacations (inc. light vehicle detailing, admin tasks, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and assist with miscellaneous dealership tasks as needed.

What Were Looking For:

• Current post-secondary student with a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to different tasks and departments.
• Strong computer skills.
• Interest in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
