A well-established and highly regarded residential developer is seeking a Site Coordinator to join their team on a marquee high-rise project in Markham. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-profile, multi-phase development already underway, with long-term growth potential and strong leadership in place.
The Opportunity:
Youll be stepping into a position on an active high-rise construction site, supporting the team as a Site Coordinator and working directly with Superintendents and Project Managers. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of experience on high-rise sites (mid-rise considered), with strong organizational and communication skills.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Support day-to-day site operations for a high-rise residential development
- Coordinate trades, site documentation, deliveries, and safety protocols
- Track and manage RFIs, change orders, and other project documents
- Assist with site logistics, scheduling, and communication between office and field
- Maintain accurate records, drawing updates, and filing systems
- Liaise with construction team members and provide administrative site support
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a Site Coordinator or Site Clerk role (high-rise preferred)
- Exposure to low-rise construction is a bonus, but not required
- Familiarity with project coordination, documentation, and construction workflows
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with Jonas software is an asset
